About Me

I thrive on simplifying complex problems and tackling technical challenges to create products that not only deliver value but also help people do things more efficiently.

With a strong focus on user-centered design and building scalable, impactful solutions, my goal is always to empower people, drive innovation, and turn ambiguity into clarity.

Background

I fell in love with art at an early age, and by high school, I was diving into design, quickly discovering my passion for creative problem-solving.

This spark led me to pursue Communication Design at Pratt Institute and Graphic Design at Suffolk Community College, where I further honed my skills and deepened my love for the craft.

After studying, I jumped into my first role as a web designer, where I designed and coded sites to hand off to developers for programming. This hands-on experience in both design and front-end development gave me a solid foundation in HTML, CSS, and the collaborative process between designers and developers.

Before transitioning into UI/UX and Product Design, I worked as a Digital Art Director and Designer at several digital agencies. I had the privilege of leading projects for incredible clients like FujiFilm, Universal Records, Redken, Food Network UK, and Ocean Spray, and even created interactive sites for legendary artists like U2, Alicia Keys, and Rod Stewart—who doesn’t love Rod Stewart, right?

These experiences shaped my design philosophy, helping me develop a true appreciation for balancing bold creative vision with practical execution. I enjoy crafting design solutions that are not only visually stunning but also make an impact. My journey in design has always been about creating user-centered, intuitive experiences, and I continue to bring that mindset to every project I work on.

Experience

Design Lead

2021 - 2024 New York

As a Design Lead on Con Edison’s Digital Factory in-house product design team I crafted accessibility-compliant UI components and full-stack utilities, managed and scaled their Enterprise Design System, and collaborated with Product & Engineering teams to build intuitive products that made a positive impact.

Con Edison

Lead UI/UX Designer

As a first design hire, I wore many hats across brand, social, web and product design during my tenure. I even fielded calls as a customer service rep and also closed sales in excess of $25k. I helped establish this luxury start-up fine jewelry brand as a fierce competitor against the likes of Angara and Blue Nile.

Diamondere

Lead UI/UX Designer

2020 - 2021 New York

As Lead UI/UX Designer at Estēe Lauder, I led the end-to-end redesign of multiple legacy applications for the Research & Development Clinical Research Team. I developed intuitive, productivity-enhancing tools while ensuring the integrity of critical research data.

Estēe Lauder

Digital Art Director

2000 - 2020 New York
